We brew black tea, green tea and sugarcane about 30 minutes.

- The product is faulty or damaged when you receive them (e.g., scratched, dirty, the packaging is not properly sealed, etc.).
- The product does not match one or some of the descriptions given to you at the time of purchase. (e.g., order quantity, sample, etc.)
- The product expires before or on the day it is delivered to you.
However, kindly note that we do not accept returns and exchanges of products that are non-faulty.
*When we receive your return, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.
